We want you to love your tea experience every bit as much as we enjoy crafting them for you.
Crafted Tea Company will offer an exchange or refund for goods damaged in transit (your choice). However, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Please understand that due to health regulations, we are unable to accept the return of opened packages.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the contents are damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return, but it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
